DriveGo is a car rental marketplace that brings together verified agencies in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. You search by city and dates, compare the full price and the condition of the car, then book with the agency. DriveGo is a FlexiGlob product.

An agency creates its account, completes its profile and requests verification. The DriveGo team reviews the application. Until the agency is verified, its cars do not appear in search.

Yes. The price breakdown shows the rental rate, the duration discount, the chosen insurance, extras and taxes. The deposit is shown separately, below the total, because you get it back.

The deposit is an amount set by the agency for each car and shown on its page. It is not a rental payment: it is returned at the end of the rental, according to the condition recorded at the return inspection.

Each car shows the agency's insurance: the basic cover included in the price, and options such as a reduced excess, with their price. You choose before booking, and the price breakdown reflects it.

At pickup and at return, an agency employee inspects the car in the app: a checklist, photos, and damage marked on a diagram of the car. The photos stay in your rental history.

Yes, as long as the pickup has not started. You give a reason, the booking is cancelled and the amount already paid is shown as refundable.

Online card payment is not available yet. You pay the agency using the methods it accepts. The invoice and its payment status are available in the app.

No. DriveGo works in the browser. You can also install it on your phone’s home screen without an app store, to book faster and get pickup reminders.

No. Signing in with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint uses passkeys (WebAuthn): the check happens on your device. DriveGo only receives a public key, never your fingerprint or an image of your face.

DriveGo operates in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. The cities listed on the home page are those with cars available right now from verified agencies.

Choose “List my agency”, create your account, complete the agency profile and request verification. Once the agency is verified, you add your cars, rates and employees, and your cars appear in search.

Yes. A company account books several cars at once, from several agencies, with negotiated rates, a list of drivers and consolidated invoices.

Yes. Agencies list cars from their fleet for sale, with mileage and paint condition. You send your enquiry to the agency from the listing.
