Car rental for companies: organising your team's travel
Company account, several cars in one booking, negotiated rates, drivers and consolidated invoices: how a company rents its cars with DriveGo.

When a company rents cars for its teams, the hard part is not finding a car: it is keeping track of who drives what, at what rate, and consolidating the invoices. DriveGo's company account is built for that.
One account for the company, not one per employee
The company creates a company account, enters its details and attaches its documents. DriveGo then verifies the account. Its administrators book for the company's drivers and find every booking in one place.
Booking several cars at once
For a seminar, a work site or a sales team on the road, the company account lets you book several cars in a single booking, with several agencies if needed. Each car keeps its own price breakdown.
Negotiated rates
An agency can give a company its own rates. They apply automatically when the company books with that agency, with no code to type. Other agencies stay at their public rate.
Managing drivers
The company adds its drivers with their name, phone, licence and licence expiry date. At booking, a driver is assigned to each car. The agency knows who will drive before pickup day.
| Driver information | Why it is asked for |
|---|---|
| Name and phone | So the agency contacts the right person at pickup |
| Licence number | For the check at the counter |
| Expiry date | To spot a licence that is about to expire |
Consolidated invoices
Invoices for all the company's bookings are grouped in its space, with their payment status, and can be downloaded as PDF. No more collecting receipts from each employee.
Getting started
The details are on the DriveGo for companies page. For a first rental, the general rules are the same as for individuals: see renting a car in Morocco.
